Payment of Registration Fee

The Rebellious Lawyering San Francisco Conference is made possible by both in-kind and monetary contributions from the organizers.  Those contributions include finding the meeting space; recruiting and preparing panelists and moderators; researching, organizing, and making available targeted readings materials; publicizing conference  to lay and professional audiences (across professional boundaries); preparing and getting approval for CLE credits; managing registration fees; providing coffee; and much more.

The combination of sweat labor and monetary contributions permit us to charge very low fees, especially low compared to virtually all other such conferences offering CLE credits.  Since we aim to draw people from across economic realms, keeping our registration fees as low as possible permits many to join us who might otherwise find themselves unable to pay a standard “market rate” fee.

Attention law students:    This year, we are not charging law students any conference fee.  

The organizers are committed to supporting law students who are interested in participating in the 2016 Rebellious Lawyering Conference: Celebrating the Work of Bill Ong Hing.

Although there will be no fee for law students to attend, completion of the Registration Questionnaire, above, is required.

Space is limited.

a)      Law Student – Fee: free

b)      Panelists – Fee: free

c)      Income below 25K – Fee: $20

d)       Income 25K-35K – Fee: $35

e)      Income 35K-50K – Fee: $50

f)      Income 50K-75K – Fee: $75

g)       Income 75K-100K – Fee: $100

h)      Income over 100K – Fee: $150
